Rover180, the Indianapolis, Indiana-based supply chain financing company, said it acquired AI-firm Vemity. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Sonasoft, the San Jose, California-based AI company, said it is acquiring Hotify, which makes AI software.

FUNDING
Contentsquare, the New York City-based software company using AI, said it raised USD 60m in a Series C led by Eurazeo.
Pilops, the Ramat Gan, Israel-based data storage company using AI, said it raised USD 30m in a Series B led by Softbank’s venture capital unit.
Augury, the New York City-based healthcare services company using AI, said it raised USD 25m in a Series C led by Insight Venture Partners.
