MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
Premier Health, the Vancouver, Canada-based healthcare company using AI, said it is acquiring an unidentified pharmacy for USD 1.35m
Indigo Ag, the Boston, Massachusetts-based agricultural services firm, said it acquired TellusLabs, a satellite and AI company. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Arctic Wolf Networks, the Sunnyvale, California-based cybersecurity firm using AI, said it acquired RootSecure, the cybersecurity firm. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Arctic raised USD 45m in a Series C led by Future Fund, the Australian sovereign wealth fund, in November.

WaveOptics, the London, UK-based AR company, said it raised USD 26m in a Series C led by Octopus Ventures.
Pypestream, the New York City-based company using AI for messaging, said it raised USD 15m in a funding round led by W.R. Berkley.
InterVenn BioSciences, the Redwood City, California-based company developing cancer tests using AI, said it raised USD 9.4m in a funding round led by Genoa Ventures.
